APEM Group brings third Australian environmental consultancy i...
Now with 8 offices across the UK, from Southampton to Edinburgh, APEM are well positioned to provide local support to clients with consultancy services, field response teams and laboratories. The AMP7 awards also reflect the breadth and depth of expertise of APEM’s 150 strong staff in areas such as water resources, drought planning, wastewater investigations, INNS, bathing waters, farm and land management advice.
And the team is continuing to grow. In addition to several senior appointments this year already, we are continuing to recruit in areas such as terrestrial ecology.
Remote sensing projects are also playing an increasing role in the mix of water company work with a range of satellite, drone and fixed wing surveys being requested for a variety of applications such as new pipe routes, leak detection, above ground asset inspection and catchment management.
With an increasing focus on systems thinking and upstream solutions, the ability to capture data and images on a regional scale, and yet high enough resolution to avoid multiple site visits on foot, is becoming essential. Whether to support third-party landowner engagement, monitor catchment solutions, or inspect assets across the region, our remote sensing division is becoming an increasingly vital component to our consultancy projects.
